Message: Stopped here looking to buy a replacement part for a tow bar or get it repaired. They couldn't repair it due to liability issues. - I understand that and it's a good call on their part. They did not have the replacement part in stock (that was a long shot odds anyway) and our schedule didn't allow us to wait for it to be shipped in (our problem).. But they *did* have a replacement gas strut to replace the one that had just failed on our RV door. They not only sold out to me, but helped install it.. And they advised that if we couldn't find another source for the tow bar part they *did* have a couple of complete tow bar assemblies in stock.. All in all, a great experience.
