Message: Joe helped me cobble together a new battery cable assembly for my 96 roadmaster wagon. He did an extremely professional job crimping and weatherproofing the terminals and saved me time and money. You might find the parts you need elsewhere but I doubt you'll find the same level of service and knowledge.

Message: These guys had the part we needed but far across town at their other store. Not only did they have their driver bring it to the one near me one hour later, their cost was a third less than at another place on 20 st near park who I won't name. Earlier, the other place had said on the phone they had it but after we got there they did not. Next time we call Merle's in the first place and not waste an hour plus fuel! Thank you.
