Message: Had exterior Air Conditioner cover that was destroyed by repair shop in Willcox AZ when they were driving my RV out of their shop.

Message: If you need a part and they don’t have it, they can get it for you. The staff here are always friendly and willing to help. My a/c was acting up so I went here for some help, they told me to check a couple of things, and sure enough it was a simple fix, just sticking a wire back where it had rattled out. They may not always have the part you are looking for but they can get it pretty fast.

Message: Not only are they the only option, but they're the best option! Seriously though, they do a great job. We had our ac unit go out, and they did an excellent job helping us find the right product. We chose to install the system ourselves, but they were helpful in answering any questions we had.

Message: Got to Roper Lake and found my trailer had no power after plugging into shore power. Confirmed pedestal wasn’t issue and went through what I could. Called up Trek in the am and Lee came out in the afternoon and quickly identified the issue. Got us back up and running. Very knowledgeable and wish all RV techs were as straightforward and great as he was! Would highly recommend!

We had several repairs on our RV, including electrical, plumbing, refrigerator, and rear bunk repair, and the guys were able to fit us in and get all repairs done quickly.
