Message: Went to return merchandise about 2 hours after they opened. Was told I had to go to the El Mirage location because they didn't have enough cash to refund my purchase, which was under $100. The fact that not even a manager could access additional money was unbelievable to me. Even clerks at Circle K can drop $40 of change every 2 minutes. Ridiculous.
