Message: Overall good experience. Better than most dealerships. Chad Mason was great went above and beyond explaining all the bells and whistles on our 2023 Dodge Durango RT. Only reason for the 4 stars (could of been 3 but being generous) is that they advertised a certain price and when we got to seeing the numbers the vehicle had all these added extras that the dealership attempted to get us to pay. These included windows tint, door guard, paint protection etc. Nothing that came from the factory. I understand this is pure profit for the dealer but if the customers don't want it don't force it. Sell it after and install it if the customer wants it. I almost didn't buy the vehicle because of the extras. The dealership almost lost the deal for nonsense they added. Another dealer lost a deal because of this before I came to Earnhardt Dodge. Earnhardt Dodge was just the better dealer in changing their attitude. Overall good, not great experience. Would give them a second chance in the future as we were able to negotiate a fair deal.

Colton, my salesman was quick to help me jump on a deal that I wanted 100% and was definitely the best service all the way around compared to all other dealerships I dealt with the same week of buying my new jeep. I didn’t feel pressured into buying even tho after seeing the jeep I knew it was the one for me!
